I have never had any fancy or desire for academic degrees, but now I am thirsty for MBA degree. Currently, I am a project manager, who can apply different project management frameworks from both, agile and waterfall methodologies, certified in PRINCE2.
Perpetually plugged in.
As a good runner I know the benefits of hard work, I adopted the experience into approach to my professional life. I see myself as a team-player, you'll learn faster and more, because as the saying goes: 'two heads are better than one'. I also think you should have a good work-life balance. The other part of my soul is addicted to travelling, and trust me, one day I will see the whole world.

Master's thesis
Y Soft Customer Service and Support (CSS) department has currently more than 50 members located worldwide. The management of Technical Specialists, Solution Consultants and Solution Architects with various tasks requires flexible, effective and unified planning of activities. The aim of the thesis is to improve (in close cooperation with a technical consultant of the thesis) the way management should handle global virtual teams.
The student will:
Analyze tools and methods for resources planning currently used in Y Soft CSS.
Overview, analyze and compare existing tools and methods for resource planning. The analysis and comparison should take into account requirements (on tools and methods) that will emerge during the previous step.
Test and evaluate selected tools and methods. The selection will be done based on the results from the previous step.
Customization (if needed) of the most suitable tool and methods.

Business process management team project
Main goal of the course is an introduction to essentials of Business Process Management (BPM) and Service-oriented Architecture. BPM is a complex discipline on the edge of Management and Information System development. Students will get familiar with most important concepts of BPM and related BPMS platforms including most recent standards for process modeling (BPMN 2.0), process execution, business rules and human interaction with processes. Both open-source and commercial BPMS are presented and utilized for team projects during the course (IBM BPM, jBPM, Bonita, BizAgi BPM etc.). Important part of the course is a comprehensive team project, where students practice their acquired knowledge.
